In 2026, I will be offering a series of immersive seasonal workshops rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements. Each workshop is designed to align body, mind and energy with the natural rhythms of the year.

Hosted at Silver Tree Studio, Peebles, these sessions will provide a focused and restorative space to reconnect, reset and cultivate balance through seasonal practice.

Each workshop runs from 10:00am to 1:00pm, with seasonal Chinese and Japanese teas and light refreshments served throughout the morning.

 

🔥 Summer – Fire Element

Sunday 10th May 2026 - £50 per person

Summer is associated with the Fire element — connection, joy, expansion and heart energy.

This workshop will focus on:

  • Heart-centred Qigong practice

  • Circulation and vitality

  • Emotional balance and expression

  • Cultivating joy and openness

A dynamic yet grounding morning designed to awaken energy while maintaining inner steadiness.

 

🌍 Late Summer – Earth Element

The Earth element represents nourishment, stability and grounding.

This session will explore:

  • Centering and grounding practices

  • Digestive and spleen-focused Qigong

  • Cultivating inner stability

  • Balancing overthinking and mental fatigue

  • Deep restorative meditation

Autumn corresponds with the Metal element — clarity, release and refinement.

This workshop will focus on:

  • Lung and breathwork practices
